My name is Sara Carter, and I am a happily married woman for nearly two decades and a mother of two bright young kids.  My two kids have more drive than I could ever have dreamed of, and they are who inspired me to take a leap of faith and go back to my original passion, Real Estate.  

I graduated college in 2009 with a degree in Criminology, but we were in a place that would not allow me to pursue my career, so I found a passion for rescuing sick and injured domestic waterfowl.  In 2013 I founded Carter's Funny Farm with my two kids.  We rescue, rehab, and adopt out domestic waterfowl.  Then in the infamous year 2020, I lost my job and my youngest had multiple brain surgeries.  I needed direction so I decided to pursue my dreams and I opened a business, The Four Elements Massage. I also wanted to pursue my passion in Real Estate.  So, with the encouragement and support of my family, I took the real estate classes and exam, which was harder than childbirth if you ask me, but I never lost sight of my goal.  And thanks to my amazing friends and family, and some fellow agents I took that leap. In 2022 I met and exceeded my first-year goals and hit my limits, I joined our local Board of Realtors and even received 2022 Rookie of the Year!!!
